Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The Sisi themed room was beautifully decorated and cozy, offering a unique and comfortable accommodation experience. Although not very spacious for the price, the room layout with four beds, including two twins and a queen, provided everyone their own alcove for privacy. However, the noise level from outside was noticeable as the rooms are not soundproof.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and impeccably clean, feeling more like a luxurious suite than a standard room. The traditional decor added to the charm, complemented by the delightful food offered. However, the price could be a bit higher for the value provided.
The hotel's room was dated but nice, offering a comfortable and clean environment that was definitely spacious. The service, especially in the welcoming outside garden, was so helpful and polite, making our after-hours check-in a breeze. The location was excellent, right across the street from the city center with convenient amenities like onsite parking and a lift to reach our top-floor room. The dining experience, while not offering a wide variety of food choices, still provided a lovely spread thanks to the very cheerful staff. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor areas for improvement.
The hotel provided us with a mixed experience. The rooms, although clean and nice, didn't quite match the value we expected for the price paid during our family vacation in Europe. The service was professional and friendly, but a bit lacking in some aspects. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to key attractions and amenities. The dining was a highlight for some but fell short for others. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
What a luxury to have heated bathroom floors! The rooms throughout the hotel were fine, offering a comfortable stay in a cozy atmosphere. The helpful and friendly staff can even secure tickets to Neuschwanstein for you. The location is brilliant, just beside the pedestrian zone and the main town center, making it easy to explore the area. Dining options were excellent with a wide array of choices. A great value for the money overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were immaculately clean and incredibly spacious, which was impressive. However, it was quite warm in the room, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The free breakfast offered was a nice touch, saving us around 100 euros compared to elsewhere, but the room itself was a bit small and narrow although still comfortable overall.
The hotel has some charming character in its well-decorated rooms filled with attention to detail, but they seemed a bit tired. The service was pleasant and the staff were friendly and helpful; they even provided a welcome drink. The location was convenient, with some noise from the street but great for early starts and close to key sights. The dining experience offered a variety of delicious options and the historical charm added to the allure. Despite these positives, the noisy street and lack of quiet could be a downside.
